Engine misfires due to burnt spark plug points.

We have experienced misfires on the plugs due to burnt points, so are sending them for your examination. They have covered 7.100 miles since they were last set at .020" and a total mileage of 9.400. Each plug is marked with the gap and the position in the engine when removed but are now set at .018", this was done to verify misfiring.
