Mr Hives. The following is an extract from
Na.{Mr Nadin}c. Mr Royce's memo RB{R. Bowen}/P23913. :-

"With reference to the above helical engine
"gears on X.182, 20 degrees angle will not
"be considered a very great success. I
"have suggested a finer pitch."

Will Mr Elliott say whether this
test should be abandoned.
