For the attention of W.C.Devereux Esq.,

Dear Mr. Devereux,

We thank you for Mr.Herrington's letter of the 9th inst. and the prints of the Dennis bearings and lubrication details etc, which he enclosed.

We have now had time to look at the prints and find that there are one or two points which we should like a talk about before going further with the job, they are only minor points which can easily be cleared up at a discussion.

Do you think you can arrange for a representative of the Dennis Co. to call at these works on a date suitable to yourself or Mr. Herrington, or alternatively arrange to meet them at Slough. We should like further details actual oil delivery of their pump at maximum speed and the flow through the bearings etc.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
