Dear Robotham,

Very many thanks indeed for your two letters of May 23rd + 24th.

Regarding your question "can we fit larger valves if we do not enlarge the port size", is an internal modification which permits the ports being enlarged + polished if you so wished.

Your suggestion to give me a set speed with a 50 M.P.H. maximum is ideal + should in turn give a maximum on 2nd gear of 73/75 approx.

I think it would be as well to carry out the adjustments to the brakes right away + then I can try them out.
