WRAITH PRODUCTION.

(1). Propeller Shaft.

Presumably some more information will be available about this shortly. We should like to know how they got the RR. shaft on to a Wraith car, because there is a long neck required.

(2). Carburetter.

We are preparing a scheme for this insulation.

(3). Undercut Choke Spindle.

We are issuing an instruction. It is a very simple matter.

(4). Brakes.

(1).

(2). This should be F.CD.523, and is a screen for the front brake bell crank levers. Drawings are made.

(3). We are instructing this lever, but the No. RM.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}508 is not correct. We know what is meant.

As regards the rear brake shoes, it is the Works who want to sink dies for forgings. We agree that C.I. will almost certainly do, especially with a slight increase of section. But presumably we cannot wait for another 10,000 mile test, whereas there may be thought to be no doubt about forgings. We are preparing a C.I. detail. We are doing a scheme for steel rolled section shoes without tipping shoes.

(5). Sideways Shake.

We are instructing this.

(6). Governor Connection.

Drawing No. F.CD.637 issued, shewing a standard length of flexible piping.

(7). Filler Mounting.

Drawing already issued.
