E.W.Hives Esq. Messrs.Rolls-Royce Ltd. DERBY. Dear Sir, We are obliged for your letter of the 15th instant and have also received a note from Mr.Watson asking us to send the Vauxhall Car over to the Works. During the next few days we hope to be collecting a new Car from either Coventry or London and our man can run the Car over to Derby and then go on by train from there to pick up the new Car, and so minimise the expense. We should also like to send the Car over on a fine day as it is perfectly new and we do not want to get it soiled any more than is absolutely necessary. Yours faithfully, for W.Watson & Co.
