R.R. 403 (40 H) (SL 42 12-7-23). J.H. D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} ORIGINAL EXPERIMENTAL REPORT. No. 3456 HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} REF. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}5/LG11.9.24. OBJECT OF TEST. Radiator tests. TESTER. A.{Mr Adams} C. Lovesey. CONDITIONS. 49-GB Car - radiator with 20" matrix - medium compression engine. Tests carried out on the dynamometer. SUMMARY OF TEST. The assumptions made out on this report only hold good with a car in still air - they have still to be confirmed on the road. The fan drive must also be efficient. From these results however it would appear possible to climb any hill without boiling if the power is reduced sufficiently and low gear is used. HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
