To BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} From Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} R.F.C. (Handwritten, crossed out: X.4062) Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}9/LG28.7.20. (Handwritten, underlined: X.4062) RE CHASSIS ENGINE FEET. With reference to the new design of engine feet (forged type) we consider that it is worth risking putting in hand dies for the improved forged feet. The wooden samples which have been made give one a very good impression and we feel pretty confident that we shall have no trouble; certainly no trouble which will effect the dies.
