Dear Mr.Beaver,

Re Left-handed Phantom II Chassis for America.

There has, as you know, been a good deal said about the horn. Your people do not like the Klaxon and prefer some other type, but whilst Mr.Olley was over here, it was not possible actually to settle the type.

We are proposing to fit E5-EX, i.e. the car which Mr.Hives is bringing over, with the best type of English buzzer horn that we know of, and I think the best thing to arrange is that, if your people do not like this horn and prefer to supply their own, we will make an allowance in respect of the non-supply of horns.

There is also the question of clocks. Your people, I think, want an electric clock and prefer the Seth Thomas which is made in America.

Here again it might be better for your people to supply the clocks.

In regard to speedometers I believe Mr.Olley agreed that our type was preferable to the ones you were using, but if you prefer to supply your own, we would not take any exception to it, and the allowance for the non-supply of these three items would be as follows:
