| 2006 Launching gear! Officer Commanding, Development Unit, C.L.E., Ringway. D.O./1/40. 9th November 1940. Dear Mr Robotham, Thank you for the N.A.C.A. technical note No. 753. The useful figures in it have been copied out and I send it back to you with many thanks. With regard to the winch, I cannot get the necessary piece of red tape for a guarantee, but I hope to arrange to hire the winch; this is now being arranged.
