We have not been able to run full days mileage owing to trouble with water leaks after fitting the thin gasket. We have had to give it up and fit the copper asbestos gasket. The thin gasket had burnt through at N° six cylinder to the water conduit, letting water into that cylinder. We are of the opinion that we should be running with the higher compression, to get a comparision with these pistons against those that failed. If you are of the same opinion will you please send out a thin gasket. The car otherwise is running exceedingly well.

There is too much sponginess in the brake mechanism. With clearances taken up to a minimum, the foot pedal can be brought down to the floor boards.

REAR AXLE
There appears to be more slack in the transmission than when we first had the car.

HYDRAULIC DAMPERS
We feel that the load could be reduced on the dampers, but do not wish to alter the load without you advise. There does not appear to have been any adverse opinion from those who have tried the car.
