Reference Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/AD30.6.32 and Cl6/Cl.7.32, this car (GBT-24) is leaving London tomorrow (Wednesday) morning first thing for Derby, and will be handed over to you for the fitting of the resonance exhaust silencer.

We shall be pleased to have the car back for testing as soonas you have completed your work of firring this car up with the new scheme.
