from R.B. Andre & Co. Ltd.

Further to your enquiry for Andre Shock Absorbers suitable for a 25 H.P. Rolls-Royce car, we are pleased to inform you that, as requested, we sent our Draughtsman along to the works of Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd at Seagrave Rd, and he took particulars, as far as possible, to enable us to supply and fit the Shock Absorbers and brackets to your car.

Front Equipment. It will be necessary for the inside frame plate to be removed, to enable us to fit the chassis bracket bolts. We also propose to supply a spring plate for the axle, and this will only be possible if the centre pin and strap are long enough, after the packing has been removed.

Rear Equipment. Top bracket offers no difficulty. Bottom bracket - it may be necessary for the nuts to be turned down, if the straps are not long enough to accommodate them.

We understand that it will be possible for us to fit these shock absorbers before the body is fitted, and we have laid out the arrangement accordingly.

We shall endeavour to hear from Rolls-Royce Ltd. whether this scheme meets with their approval.

We have pleasure in enclosing our quotation.
