SPECTRECodename for Phantom III OIL COOLERS We have never had any statement of the relative cooling capacity and B.T.U's per minute of the two types of oil cooler. We also require the back pressure set up by the coolers respectively with oil having a viscosity which corresponds to the viscosity of Castrol XL at 0°C. We furthermore require a figure of merit with reference to the strength of these oil coolers compared with the Buick oil cooler.
