R.P.HUBBERSTY. Born May 28th 1902. Educated at Haileybury and Christ's College here, where he obtained the Ordinary Degree (Principal Subjects Engineering and Economics).
Member of School O.T.C.
School Prefect and Head of House.
Rowed in College Lent Boat.
Speaks and writes French.
A useful type of man. A keen engineer, pleasant to deal with and of excellent character.
Home address Westcote, Ilkley, Yorks.

Before coming into residence at the University he had three years experience with Messrs.Hathorn Davey, of Leeds, 2½ years of which where spent in the shops (hydraulic engines, pumps etc) and six months in the drawing office.
