Myth Pedals.

In order to enable the project of the Myth Monocoque body to go ahead, we have made a project of the pedals and seating position for the Myth.

PL.301 is attached to HH's. copy of this memo.

The clutch pedal is as close to the centre line of the car as is convenient and possible.

The brake pedal and accelerator pedal have been placed approximately as close as they can be to the clutch pedal which produces a relationship equal to that of B.V.

We have indicated the narrowest widths across the scuttle at the sloping floor board. If there is a ramp this must be the width between the ramps.

In order to obtain a low floor at the door ways and to avoid a lump in the centre which would prevent the use of a plain carpet we have cambered the horizontal part of the front floor in a style similar to that used for the rear floor on B.V.

We believe that we have shown the latest position of the steering wheel required by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/EAG. If it is desired to move this wheel in any way the bottom of the wheel should not vary materially its relationship to the accelerator pedal.
