There seems to be some confusion as to what our objective is going to be on the first Silver Wraith chassis which is being built.

We definitely want this car to have a front cross-member, radiator and bonnet arranged for a Straight 8 engine, and the suspension to be arranged for increased ground clearance. This necessitates hydraulic brakes. There is no reason why, at a later date, if it is found to be desirable a radiator and bonnet should not be produced to suit the six-cylinder engine. At the moment, however, our anxiety is to have a chassis in which to test out the line 8 engine on the road.
