Experimental Dept., Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., Nightingale Road, DERBY. July 1st.1930. Mr. Halliwell, "The Homestead", Portishead. Dear Mr. Halliwell, I went to Windermere on Sunday and saw "Miss England 11" after she had been salvaged. The damage is not very considerable, and if it is desired, the boat could be got running again fairly quickly. It has been fixed that the adjourned inquest shall take place at 1.30 p.m. Saturday 5th. July at Hawkshead. Mr. De Looze, Mr. Ellor, and our solicitor will be attending. They will leave Derby about midday on Friday. If you desire, I would recommend that you come to Derby by train and then travel on from here with Mr. De Looze. Will you please let me know what time you will expect to arrive at Derby on Friday. Yours sincerely, | ||
