Messrs. Rolls-Royce Limited,
Derby.

Gentlemen,

For the attention of Mr. R.M. Child.

In accordance with the request telephoned by Mr. Child, we have now made up twelve FIB.30x plugs fitted with platinum iridium tips to the earth wires. These tips are made from wire of .020" diameter in the same material that we use for earth wires in aero engine plugs.

We trust that these plugs will enable you to carry out the experiments which you have in mind and we shall be very interested if you will let us have a report on the result you obtain.

Yours faithfully,
p.p. K.L.G. SPARKING PLUGS LIMITED.
