Mr. Manning,
Messrs. Barkers & Co. Ltd.,
66/68, South Audley St.{Capt. P. R. Strong},
LONDON.
Dear Mr. Manning,
We are thinking of buying a Maybach Double Six with the automatic gearbox.
Have you any knowledge as to where we can get hold of one in England, or if we ordered one from Germany, how long it would be before we get delivery and what the price would be? We should require the car to be fitted with a closed body.
The description of the type we require is apparently - 150-PS-Zwolfzylinder-Motor undschnellgang.
Yours faithfully,
For Rolls-Royce Ltd.
