COPY. N-W. ----- Brl/S.15.12.25. Re Chassis 57-S-S. Fuller. With reference to your D/AWS13/D.10.12.25, we are afraid we cannot add much to our previous memo on the subject of the slack bearings. We previously stated that we could find no evidence of lack of lubrication, and our recommendation that the customer should not pay is really based on the mileage stated by the owner. We would point out, however, that this is not an isolated case of slack bearings on the earlier 20-HP. cars. We think you will recollect that we have on previous occasions reported on jobs which are on "all fours" with this one. Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} | ||
