On 13/7/13 Mr Johnson requested us to obtain particulars from Mr Hives. The following day we wrote Mr Hives re same. On the 16th Mr Hives requested us to write Mr Friese. On the same day we therefore wrote Mr Friese and at the same time notified Mr Johnson what we were doing. We received full particulars from Austria 26/7/13, and handed them the same day to Mr Hives. 15/8/13 we again urged Mr Hives.
