Referring to my memo BY11/KP131218, will you kindly note that the object of the radiator being sent into the Experimental Department is, in order that same may be, if necessary, completely dismantled, in order that the D.O. shall be enabled to make full detailed drawings of each of the parts which go to form a complete radiator.

When the radiator comes to hand the D.O. should be communicated with, when either Mr Shelton or Mr Hargreaves will come down and give the matter their personal attention. Any instructions which they give must be acted upon as soon as possible.
