Instrument patch. The instrument patch fitted to 19-EX.
has been made from pressings instead of Aluminium die-castings.
The chief object of this is to reduce the cost. The instruments
except the rev. counter have been supplied by Messrs. Smiths. It is
proposed to get Mr. Sykes to report on the 25 HP. and so far
nothing has been decided about Phantom II. The saving with the
sheet metal patch and Smiths instruments is approx. £1d per car.
