PL.10073 instructs a stainless steel radiator shell with chromium plated brass shutters for R.R. cars. The scheme being prepared for the Bentley saloon shows the above shutters with a chromium plated brass shell. The general opinion of all production personnel favours a stainless steel shell for all cars and if possible stainless steel shutters. Will you please consider substituting stainless steel for SY production cars. I understand Nv1/Arm and FS{F. Steele}/JBB have produced comparative cost figures for S.J. equivalents which favour stainless steel. FS{F. Steele}/Rd. | ||
