ENDURANCE TEST OF EXPERIMENTAL FALCON "B" ENGINE.

The following experiments were instructed to be
incorporated in the 100 hours endurance test of Experimental
Falcon "B" Engine in memo E8/B21.6.17.

X.3086F. New hardened valve ends to LeC.796.

X.3078. Floating bush in sunwheel.

X.3046F. Bolt holes in planet wheel chamferred at
30° to take away the fraize due to drilling and
reaming.

X.3059F. Parallel fitting ball and roller bearings
in epicyclic gear. These should be parallel
fitting throughout, according to the latest
requirements.
