To RIC. V1166 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Bwg.{J. C. Bowring}3/KW.31.8.35. SpectreCodename for Phantom III Jacking. SpectreCodename for Phantom IIIs IV, V, and VI at present have no means whereby they can be jacked up in the event of a deflated front tyre. As time is short, we wish to apply the scheme on SpectreCodename for Phantom III II to IV, V & VI, the scheme number being N.Sch.4499. Will you therefore please have made the necessary brackets to cover these three cars as soon as possible. We understand that IV, V & VI are built to the same specification as III, in which case there should not be any difficulty in fitting these jacking brackets. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Bwg.{J. C.
