Your memo. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/LG.8.10.26 to hand and contents noted.

We trust that by now our memo. Ps2/Crn.9.10.26 is in your possession, in which we confirmed our wire to the effect that the tyres in question are obtainable from Dunlops in Paris.

As already mentioned, Dunlops require a delay of about eight days before delivery after placing an order. For this reason, in order to avoid any hitch, kindly give us your instructions as many days as possible in advance of the time the tyres will be required.
