X1166 Exptl. Dept. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Bwg.{J. C. Bowring} 7/JH. 30th March, 1936. Messrs. Dunlop Rubber Co. Fort Dunlop, Erdington, Birmingham. For the attention of Mr. Carr. Dear Sirs, With reference to the Bentley Jacks, No. 29 which you are at present supplying. We wish to try out a jack on these lines but with another 2.00" lift at least, without increasing the present minimum height. We wish to retain the present jack head lay-out. It is realized that this modification will mean a three stage jack. Will you please submit a drawing showing this modification at the earliest possible moment. Thanking you Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
