| To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. 1320 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.10/AP.27.5.37 37-EX. BROOKLANDS. We find that it will be necessary to carry out some tests in London traffic with 37-EX. in order to find an alternative position for our thermometer bulb in the cylinder head. Will you therefore please fit a thermometer union in B.side head as well as A.{Mr Adams} side and fit a Negretti & Zambra thermometer at this point.
