Some time ago I sent a note to R.{Sir Henry Royce} copy to yourself re. a suggestion for a carburetter - I should like to know what you think about it.

The point I consider is an advance is the idea of having the emulsion tube floating. There are several ways we could carry out the idea. I do not feel very happy with the taper slots which increase the petrol supply but one could easily have a restriction needle similar to the S.U. working in the submerged jet. In any case I would like to hear what you think about it.

EH.
