This is situated on the back crank chamber arm, next to the flywheel. It is necessary only to undo the finger nut when the filter gauze can be lifted out complete from its chamber; nothing could be simpler or more accessible. It is a great improvement on the old Wolseley filter at the bottom of the crank-chamber; this could only be cleaned by dropping all the oil from the sump. | ||
