20 HP. DYNAMOS.

I have a note from EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} asking for disposal instructions for 5 obsolete 20 HP. Dynamos as follows:-

Machine No. Particulars.
H. {Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 29 coil adapted to B.L.I.C.
288. Obsolete standard
562 Solid poles of longer embrace.
604 Solid poles with shoes. .250" advanced.
1337 Obsolete standard.

I am informed that these are either in running order or can very quickly be put into running order.

I suggest that these be offered to employees at a nominal price of 10/- each, and I shall be glad if you will cause a notice to be posted on each notice board in the Works and Offices, giving particulars of the dynamos and stating that they are for sale at the figure mentioned.

I shall also be glad if G {Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} /Mt will collect the Dynamos from Experimental Department, and store them in a convenient place for examination by likely purchasers.

Any sum resulting from the sale of these Dynamos must be credited to Electrical Experimental Department X.4383.
