| -4- June 1932. 40/50 H.P.CHASSIS INSTRUCTION BOOKS. (Continuation of List dated February 1930). BOOK NO.V. (OCTOBER 1929). (Now out-of-print. No.VI may be used in its place, after making certain modifications, as under). BOOK NO.VI.(MAY 1930). Applicable to Chassis commencing Series J2 (WJ 1) to end of Series M2 (GX 68). When utilised for Chassis WJ 1 to 101st in Series L2 (169 GN) the tyre and wheel sizes should be altered on page 20 and also on pages 10 and 12 of the Dunlop pamphlet, as follows:- 20" well-base wire wheels, 7.00 - 20 (32" x 6.75") tyres, to be altered to:- 21" well-base wire wheels, 7.00 - 21 (33" x 6.75") tyres. Also, when utilised for Chassis WJ 1 to end of Series L2 (GY 68) Leaflet No.11/40/50 - "Accessory Distribution Box" should be inserted and the Wiring Diagram replaced by the one accompanying that Leaflet. The following Leaflets are incorporated in all No. VI books:- No.12/40/50 - Crankcase Oil. 15/40/50 - Universal Joints. 16/40/50 - Oil Level in Back Axle Casing. 5/40/50-20 - Axle Lubrication Systems.
