AUTOVACS
I would confirm my remarks this afternoon, that the Autovac Company are still charging us no less than 34/- each for the Autovac apparatus they supply to us - sample of which I hand you herewith.
Possibly you would raise this matter when you are next at West WitteringHenry Royce's home town, as I still feel, and feel strongly, the Autovac Company have exploited us for years, and will continue to do so.
Whether it would be possible to introduce at a very early date the other form of apparatus I understand West WitteringHenry Royce's home town have under consideration, I do not know.
The bulk of this Autovac apparatus is pressed by various firms up and down the Country, and sent to the Autovac Company at Stockport for assembly. The pressings themselves cost a few pence.
