Mr Hadin 26-4-13 Mr Spinney Below is a copy of a telegram we have received from Mr Royce :- "Do not understand why spring buffers in cross steering tube are not more effective possibly the clearance insufficient try also some other form of elasticity such as a bit of dip in cross tube experiment with other makes of cars for strength."
