"I confirm that except in the case of supplies to your goodselves we now standardise Motorine Amber A as modified in June this year. Since that date the whole of our customers, apart from your Works requirements, have been supplied with the improved Motorine Amber A.{Mr Adams} In the absence of any adverse reports we may necessarily assume that the improved lubricant gives complete satisfaction. Certainly we have heard from several that the much lower setting point is distinctly advantageous. In this connection we have the approval of Messrs. Luvax Limited.
"They approve the use of Motorine Amber A as now produced for the Luvax Bijur System of Chassis Lubrication. The new oil is equally effective as a lubricant, in fact in my opinion it is distinctly improved by reason of the lower setting point. Certain constituents which account for the high setting point in oils are not exactly advantageous. To remove them is no loss, and by many is considered an improvement.

"You will appreciate that the necessity imposed on us of purchasing raw materials specifically for your goodselves puts us under a disadvantage as regards cost, and that our position would be easier if we could supply the improved Motorine Amber A to the extent of 100%.

"You have always been very helpful, and your consideration in this matter would be appreciated."
