TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that Mr. Arthur D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Wilson was employed in this factory during his Summer vacation.

During that time he took the normal training course as given to our Premium Apprentices, passing through the various departments and in particular spent a good deal of time on engine installation and preparation for flight on one of the latest "PERTH" 3-engined flying boats.

During the time he was actually in this factory he made exceptionally good progress. The report from the Departmental head and from the charge man was to the effect that he was the most adaptable apprentice who had ever actually worked in that department and carried out some very useful work during his stay in this factory. The writer feels convinced that although his practical experience may only be short he is one who is very adaptable to learn and can therefore be relied upon to carry out satisfactorily a reasonable, practical job.

Any further particulars which should be required will gladly be supplied upon request.

Yours faithfully,

SGD. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Milnes.

Assistant Works Manager.
