3.S.I. SPECTRECodename for Phantom III.

Received your telegram at 7.30 P.M. too late to do anything. No transport until to-morrow night. Will instruct the General Transport to forward by air mail.

We had three wheels with broken spokes. I sent a sample to Paris, and obtained 12 new ones which have been fitted, since the Car has not done any serious mileage.

I shall have to enquire whether the Transport Co. will require the Car's papers.
