To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} X 340 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.11/KW.16.8.35. Radiator Shutters - SpectreCodename for Phantom III & 20/25. One of the troubles which has always been experienced with radiator shutters on R.R. cars has been that of rattles, and we expect that the new SpectreCodename for Phantom III shutters will not be an exception in this respect. We wish to try a scheme using spring loaded shutters and for this purpose we shall work on a 20/25 car. We are sending you herewith a scheme for spring-loading the 20/25 shutters - Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2083. Will you please have the necessary pieces detailed and made for us to test this scheme. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std. | ||
