X6004 RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from EFC. EFC13/ADL1.2.31. X.6066. MORGANITE LINK 5 BRUSHES. X.6004. We are now handing you the armature from medium output dynamo S.S.2, which we wish to use in connection with a 10,000 mile test of the above special brushes. In its present condition, however, excessive sparking occurs at the brushes which is due to a slight unevenness of the commutator surface developed on its last 10,000 mile run. We should, therefore, be pleased if you would have the commutator skimmed. Completed - 24-2-31. C.A.P. EFC/CAP. | ||
