Cricklewood Works,
London, N.W.2.

For the attention of Mr. Nichols.

Dear Sirs,

With regard to the printing of the dials of the Smith Instruments we are now receiving from you, we must say that we are not satisfied with these, and I propose to come down to your Cricklewood Works on Monday next, in order to see if it is possible to arrange for some improvement in the printing of these dials. I shall hope to arrive about 11-30.

I shall be glad if you will kindly arrange for some Experimental Dials to be proceeded with immediately, with various styles of printing so that I can examine same, whilst at your works.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS ROYCE LIMITED.
