Kindly note that the twelve covers and tubes 7 x 19 received from the Dunlop Co. as follows:-

6 on the 12th.January
6 " " 20th "

Advice Note Nos. 4159 and 4566/7 respectively, are not suitable for our requirements, and have been sent in error by the Dunlop Co.

Will Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} please arrange for these twelve covers and tubes to be sent to the Stores for return to the Dunlop Co. Birmingham.

The Dunlop Co. have informed us over the 'phone that they will put a further set of covers suitable for wellbase wheels in hand immediately.

Will Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} please note that we only require six covers, and the additional six were sent through a misunderstanding.
