I return herewith the Standardisation sheets for Aluminium Pistons, Governor Drive, and Pressure Feed Pump, which I regret I am unable to sign because we have no report from the Experimental Dept. that they are better than our existing parts. Such reports must be based on the behaviour of the parts during a period in which a definite number of mile s have been run. Without this information we are going back and are losing any advantage which we thought to gain by the Standardisation Sheets. BA. | ||
