Wm./ST.{Capt. P. R. Strong} W. BODDY, Esq., 129, Fleet Road, COVE, Hants. 9th September, 1941. 1378 Dear Mr. Boddy, Many thanks for your letter of 28th August 1941. The notes on the "Corniche" Bentley looked quite well in Motor Sport and, if I could get half a dozen more copies of that issue (for which the Company are prepared to pay), I could pass them on to some of our more enthusiastic customers. I cannot write much about our Experimental Cars, for obvious reasons, but I might give you a resume of a typical test on a new model Bentley before it reaches the hands of the public. I think this could be made quite interesting and, at the same time, educational. Anyhow I will put something down when I get a few spare moments, and you can let me know what you think about it. Yours sincerely, | ||
