RE X.3405 - D.C. Constant Voltage Generator

I am sending you herewith a page taken from the Electrical Review of a month ago, upon which you will see an article on what is stated to be a new solution of the problem of the D.C. Generator for constant voltage at variable speed and load.

I think this might be interesting to us because it seems to maintain the simplicity of construction of the Ro{C. C. Rose - Export Manager}-tax Leitner system as used on the Lucas Dynamo. At the same time it appears to be very much more easy to understand in operation.

It occured to me that some time later we might possibly experiment on this system using a good many parts of our old type Starter Motor.

I have a photostat copy of the article.
