Alterations to the Phantom II wiring diagram, specifically regarding the ammeter circuit for the N.2 series.

On the print F.81832 to which you refer, one of the fuses of the accessory distribution box is supplied not through the ammeter and two are supplied via the ammeter which is the arrangement on N.2 series. At our own request it has been altered in the way you mention and the alteration will become effective on N.2 series. It was always intended that accessory apparatus demanding large intermittent currents should be connected on the battery side of the ammeter, whereas small continuous currents of body lighting etc. should be connected to show on the ammeter, though the desirability of the alteration to which you refer was not at first realised. In this connection please find attached copy of our EFCl/AD11.7.30 following which, steps were taken for the alteration to be made on N.2. series. With regard to your last paragraph, please find also attached copy of our EFCS/AD9.7.30 in which we put forward the same idea as that contained in your last paragraph. A scheme for this also has been prepared with the idea of it becoming effective on N.2 series. If the above information is not satisfactory we shall be pleased to answer any further queries. Meanwhile we attach for your convenience a copy of an electrical wiring diagram of the type which is being inserted in the Instruction Book and which you will note agrees with print F.81832 in the respect referred to and in other respects, but is more convenient for technical electrical purposes.
