Condenser 1st has been tested up to 350 volts. & tested for capacity which is .23 mf. The tin foil has been cut off close to the condenser in the manufacture, & copper sheet soldered on. One of these sheets has been taken off & a wire soldered on after this the condenser was put on 350 volts & a little sparking was seen & heard showing that all Signed This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
