Professor Dodds has decided he would like to have a pair of the experimental P.100.R. headlights and we accordingly asked Lucas to be good enough to bring through a pair specially for him. They have replied to the effect that you already have three pairs of these lamps and that they have in hand for you a further two pairs making a total of five pairs. They suggest that you may be prepared to release one of these further two pairs for Professor Dodds and, if you are, they would prefer to meet his requirements this way because at the moment the lamps have to be produced by hand and as a result take time and are expensive.
