Huckerby} Dear Sirs, During my visit to you I forgot to leave you the enclosed blue print of my gear control which being a more advanced design than the one fitted on my car, provides an entirely unobstructed floor space and will in general, I am sure, give much more satisfactory results if you will only be good enough to try it on one of your experimental cars. As you pointed out to me that it is not desirable to use part of the clutch pedal movement for gear shifting, owing to the necessity of employing the total travel for the clutch operation, may I suggest that this difficulty could be easily overcome by a very simple servo mechanism | ||
